Light loose clothing is ideal. Bowen is often conducted whilst fully clothed.

It is advised that light cotton underwear be worn. A suitable towel/cover will be provided also. 

Your skin should be clear of all makeup and moisturisers. This will allow the lights to penetrate the dermal layers to achieve the best results. 

Yes. Remedial massage can be claimed on your health fund. Either bring your card or download a digital version and you can claim on the spot, leaving you with only the gap to pay. 

Massage pressure is adjusted for each individual. The aim is not to have you tense while muscles are being released, although this isn't always possible.  Even so, you can always ask for less pressure if you are uncomfortable. Always let your massage therapist know what you need. It is your appointment after all!
